Arrive and settle in
Our reception is designed to feel nothing like a typical clinic. There’s a play area, friendly faces, and zero rush. We let your child explore and get comfortable before anything happens.
Meet your clinician
Your child’s dentist will say hello, get down to their level, and have a proper chat before any examination begins. No gloves. No equipment. Just a friendly introduction.
Gentle examination
Using the tell-show-do method, we introduce each tool before we use it. We go at your child’s pace — if they need a break, we take one. X-rays are taken only if clinically needed and always explained first.
Your personalised care plan
We share everything we found — in plain language, with no surprises. You’ll leave knowing exactly what your child’s oral health looks like, what (if anything) needs attention, and what to do at home.
